Precision RVA's mission is to provide opportunities and experiences through the Arts to underserved youth.  Using the artform of "stepping" as a tool, an incentive, and as an outlet of expression, we are able to offer structure and guidance.  Our goal is to mentor the youth, establish community ties and service, while fostering learning and support for budding step teams.  Precision RVA was founded by Andrea Burke, a graduate of Virginia Union University, an educator, and youth arts advocate.  She aims to inspire the youth by teaching them how to accomplish their dreams and aspirations through hard work and determination.  Precision RVA Incorporated is a 501 c3 nonprofit organization.
